At Alchemy Woods Psychotherapy, I offer individual therapy for youth and young adults as well as eco-therapy sessions. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from EMDR, DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy and TF-CBT.

Eco-therapy involves connecting with nature as part of the healing process. This might include walking sessions in local green spaces or forest settings, calling us to explore therapeutic goals while being grounded in a natural environment. These sessions are available seasonally or weather-permitting.

Trauma-informed care means I prioritize your emotional safety, choice, and empowerment. We move at your pace, and I use evidence-based modalities like EMDR and DBT to support healing without retraumatization.
